SURYA KIRAN PROJECT :-
In our Surya Kiran project out of 40 acres of land except sy no's 175/1, 176/4 & 182/1 to the extent of 5.31 acres of land all other land has been cleared as residential zone (Yellow zone) by the Govt. of Karnataka.
You are aware that 16 acres 33 guntas land was approved by BIAAPA in its meeting dated 28.03.2013. We submitted 16 acres and 28 guntas for plan approval, BIAAPA approved 15 acres & 9 guntas in its meeting dated 29.04.2016.
After receiving Joint sketch from ADLR department in the first week of June 2016 BIAAPA issued relinquish order dated 30.06.2016 for civic amenities, road & park to Panchayath office. The podi work is under process and once the repodi is created relinquish order will be released by BIAAPA.
Layout works like storm water drain, culverts and formation of roads, laying of drainage pipes, chambers and UGD (water pipes) are completed.
After completion of overhead water tank, sewage treatment plant, electricity, compound wall & metalled roads, sites will be registered for members.
